LPT Pic Edit — photo editor for vehicle photos

In short
The app never uploads your photos. Background removal, editing and export all run on the device. There is no account, no ads and no analytics tool of our own, and the app itself sends us nothing. On Android, the background removal provided by Google (ML Kit) sends Google technical usage data — not your photos.

Your photos
- Photos you pick from the gallery or take with the camera are edited only on the device, and the app uploads no photo, edit or part of a photo — not to us and not to anyone else.
- Exported pictures are saved as PNG files to the album “LPT Pic Edit” on your phone. If your phone backs up or syncs its photos (for example iCloud, Google Photos or Android backup), that backup also covers this album — it is done by your phone's settings, not by the app.
- Picking a photo from the gallery uses the system picker, which gives the app only the photo you choose. The app asks for camera access when you tap the camera button, and for access to your photos when you tap Export PNG, so that it can save into the album.
- The app does not read the location stored in your photos, and exported pictures contain no location. On Android, the photo access requested for saving also lists permission to read photo locations; a library we use adds it, the app does not use it, and we will remove it in a future version.
Background removal
- iPhone: Apple's Vision framework, entirely on the device. Nothing is sent.
- Android: Google ML Kit subject segmentation, delivered through Google Play services. The picture is analysed on the phone; Google Play services may download the model when the app is installed or on first use. ML Kit sends Google technical data: device information (manufacturer, model, system version), app information (package name and version), identifiers of the app installation, and performance and error data. Google describes this as diagnostics and usage analytics and states that it does not transfer it to third parties — see Google's ML Kit data disclosure. We do not receive this data and have no control over it; Google processes it under its own privacy policy.
What we receive
- Crash reports. If you have allowed it in your phone's settings, Apple or Google may share crash and performance reports that do not identify you with us. We use them only to find and fix faults.
- Emails. If you write to us, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to answer you and keep them only as long as your request needs.
- Website. The link in ⓘ opens our website in your browser.
Legal basis
We process emails to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and crash reports to fix faults, which is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
What we do not do
- No account and no sign-in.
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
- No analytics or tracking tools of our own or of third parties, other than the Google ML Kit data described above.
- We do not sell your data, and we never see your photos.
Retention
- Photos and exported pictures: on your phone, until you delete them.
- Emails: until your request is resolved.
- Crash reports: according to the terms of Apple and Google.
Your rights
If you are in the EU you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, to restrict its processing and to object to it. Because the app itself sends us nothing, such requests usually concern emails you have sent us. Write to the address below; requests are handled within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in Slovenia, the Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
Children
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
A future version may add new features, for example ads or signing in. Before such a version is released, this page will be updated and show a new date.

Na kratko
Aplikacija vaših fotografij nikoli ne naloži nikamor. Odstranitev ozadja, urejanje in izvoz potekajo na napravi. Ni računa, ni oglasov in ni lastnega analitičnega orodja, aplikacija sama pa nam ne pošlje ničesar. Na Androidu odstranitev ozadja, ki jo zagotavlja Google (ML Kit), Googlu pošilja tehnične podatke o uporabi — ne vaših fotografij.

Vaše fotografije
- Fotografije, ki jih izberete v galeriji ali posnamete s kamero, se urejajo samo na napravi; aplikacija ne naloži nobene fotografije, spremembe ali dela fotografije — ne k nam ne komurkoli drugemu.
- Izvožene slike se kot datoteke PNG shranijo v album »LPT Pic Edit« na telefonu. Če telefon fotografije varnostno kopira ali sinhronizira (na primer iCloud, Google Photos ali varnostna kopija Androida), zajame tudi ta album — to naredijo nastavitve telefona, ne aplikacija.
- Izbira fotografije iz galerije poteka prek sistemskega izbirnika, ki aplikaciji da samo izbrano fotografijo. Dostop do kamere aplikacija zahteva, ko tapnete gumb kamere, dostop do fotografij pa, ko tapnete Export PNG, da lahko sliko shrani v album.
- Aplikacija ne bere lokacije, shranjene v fotografijah, izvožene slike pa lokacije ne vsebujejo. Na Androidu dostop do fotografij, ki se zahteva za shranjevanje, navaja tudi dovoljenje za branje lokacije fotografij; doda ga knjižnica, ki jo uporabljamo, aplikacija ga ne uporablja, v eni od prihodnjih različic pa ga bomo odstranili.
Odstranitev ozadja
- iPhone: Applov Vision, v celoti na napravi. Nič se ne pošlje.
- Android: Googlov ML Kit (segmentacija predmeta), ki ga zagotavljajo storitve Google Play. Slika se analizira na telefonu; storitve Google Play lahko model prenesejo ob namestitvi aplikacije ali ob prvi uporabi. ML Kit Googlu pošilja tehnične podatke: podatke o napravi (proizvajalec, model, različica sistema), podatke o aplikaciji (ime paketa in različica), identifikatorje namestitve aplikacije ter podatke o delovanju in napakah. Google jih opisuje kot diagnostiko in analitiko uporabe ter navaja, da jih ne prenaša tretjim osebam — glejte Googlovo razkritje podatkov ML Kit. Teh podatkov ne prejemamo in nanje nimamo vpliva; Google jih obdeluje po svojem pravilniku o zasebnosti.
Kaj prejmemo
- Poročila o sesutjih. Če ste to dovolili v nastavitvah telefona, lahko Apple ali Google z nami delita poročila o sesutjih in delovanju, ki vas ne identificirajo. Uporabljamo jih samo za iskanje in odpravo napak.
- E-pošta. Če nam pišete, prejmemo vaš e-naslov in sporočilo. Uporabimo ju samo za odgovor in ju hranimo le, dokler to zahteva vaša zadeva.
- Spletna stran. Povezava v ⓘ odpre našo spletno stran v brskalniku.
Pravna podlaga
E-pošto obdelujemo, da odgovorimo na vašo zahtevo (točki (b) in (f) prvega odstavka 6. člena GDPR), poročila o sesutjih pa za odpravo napak, kar je naš zakoniti interes (točka (f) prvega odstavka 6. člena GDPR).
Česa ne počnemo
- Ni računa in ni prijave.
- Ni oglasov in ni oglaševalskih identifikatorjev.
- Ni lastnih analitičnih ali sledilnih orodij ne orodij tretjih oseb, razen zgoraj opisanih podatkov Googlovega ML Kit.
- Vaših podatkov ne prodajamo in vaših fotografij nikoli ne vidimo.
Hramba
- Fotografije in izvožene slike: na vašem telefonu, dokler jih ne izbrišete.
- E-pošta: dokler zadeva ni rešena.
- Poročila o sesutjih: po pogojih Appla in Googla.
Vaše pravice
Če ste v EU, imate pravico do dostopa, popravka, izbrisa in prenosljivosti svojih podatkov, do omejitve obdelave in do ugovora. Ker nam aplikacija sama ne pošlje ničesar, se takšne zahteve praviloma nanašajo na e-pošto, ki ste nam jo poslali. Pišite na spodnji naslov; zahteve rešimo v 30 dneh. Imate tudi pravico do pritožbe pri nadzornem organu za varstvo podatkov — v Sloveniji pri Informacijskem pooblaščencu (ip-rs.si).
Otroci
Aplikacija ni namenjena otrokom in njihovih podatkov zavestno ne zbira.
Spremembe
Prihodnja različica lahko doda nove funkcije, na primer oglase ali prijavo. Preden taka različica izide, bo ta stran posodobljena in bo imela nov datum.

Kurz gesagt
Die App lädt Ihre Fotos nie hoch. Freistellen, Bearbeiten und Exportieren laufen auf dem Gerät. Es gibt kein Konto, keine Werbung und kein eigenes Analyse-Tool, und die App selbst sendet uns nichts. Auf Android sendet die von Google bereitgestellte Freistellung (ML Kit) technische Nutzungsdaten an Google — nicht Ihre Fotos.

Ihre Fotos
- Fotos, die Sie aus der Galerie wählen oder mit der Kamera aufnehmen, werden nur auf dem Gerät bearbeitet; die App lädt kein Foto, keine Bearbeitung und keinen Teil eines Fotos hoch — weder zu uns noch zu jemand anderem.
- Exportierte Bilder werden als PNG-Dateien im Album „LPT Pic Edit“ auf Ihrem Telefon gespeichert. Wenn Ihr Telefon Fotos sichert oder synchronisiert (etwa iCloud, Google Fotos oder die Android-Sicherung), erfasst das auch dieses Album — das bewirken die Einstellungen Ihres Telefons, nicht die App.
- Die Auswahl eines Fotos aus der Galerie erfolgt über die Systemauswahl, die der App nur das gewählte Foto gibt. Zugriff auf die Kamera fragt die App an, wenn Sie die Kamera-Schaltfläche antippen, Zugriff auf Ihre Fotos, wenn Sie Export PNG antippen, damit sie das Bild im Album speichern kann.
- Die App liest den in Fotos gespeicherten Standort nicht, und exportierte Bilder enthalten keinen Standort. Auf Android führt der zum Speichern angefragte Fotozugriff auch die Berechtigung zum Lesen von Fotostandorten auf; sie wird von einer verwendeten Bibliothek hinzugefügt, die App nutzt sie nicht, und wir entfernen sie in einer künftigen Version.
Freistellen
- iPhone: Apples Vision, vollständig auf dem Gerät. Es wird nichts gesendet.
- Android: Google ML Kit (Objektsegmentierung), bereitgestellt über die Google Play-Dienste. Das Bild wird auf dem Telefon analysiert; die Google Play-Dienste können das Modell bei der Installation der App oder bei der ersten Nutzung herunterladen. ML Kit sendet technische Daten an Google: Geräteinformationen (Hersteller, Modell, Systemversion), App-Informationen (Paketname und Version), Kennungen der App-Installation sowie Leistungs- und Fehlerdaten. Google bezeichnet dies als Diagnose und Nutzungsanalyse und gibt an, die Daten nicht an Dritte zu übermitteln — siehe Googles Datenoffenlegung zu ML Kit. Wir erhalten diese Daten nicht und haben keinen Einfluss darauf; Google verarbeitet sie nach seiner eigenen Datenschutzerklärung.
Was wir erhalten
- Absturzberichte. Wenn Sie es in den Einstellungen Ihres Telefons erlaubt haben, können Apple oder Google Absturz- und Leistungsberichte, die Sie nicht identifizieren, mit uns teilen. Wir verwenden sie nur, um Fehler zu finden und zu beheben.
- E-Mails. Wenn Sie uns schreiben, erhalten wir Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und Ihre Nachricht. Wir verwenden sie nur für die Antwort und bewahren sie nur so lange auf, wie Ihr Anliegen es erfordert.
- Website. Der Link in ⓘ öffnet unsere Website in Ihrem Browser.
Rechtsgrundlage
E-Mails verarbeiten wir, um Ihr Anliegen zu beantworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO), Absturzberichte zur Fehlerbehebung, was unser berechtigtes Interesse ist (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
Was wir nicht tun
- Kein Konto und keine Anmeldung.
- Keine Werbung und keine Werbe-IDs.
- Keine eigenen Analyse- oder Tracking-Tools und keine von Dritten, abgesehen von den oben beschriebenen Daten von Google ML Kit.
- Wir verkaufen Ihre Daten nicht und sehen Ihre Fotos nie.
Speicherdauer
- Fotos und exportierte Bilder: auf Ihrem Telefon, bis Sie sie löschen.
- E-Mails: bis Ihr Anliegen erledigt ist.
- Absturzberichte: nach den Bedingungen von Apple und Google.
Ihre Rechte
Als betroffene Person in der EU haben Sie das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung und Übertragung Ihrer Daten, auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung sowie das Recht, der Verarbeitung zu widersprechen. Da die App selbst uns nichts sendet, betreffen solche Anfragen meist E-Mails, die Sie uns geschickt haben. Schreiben Sie an die untenstehende Adresse; Anfragen bearbeiten wir innerhalb von 30 Tagen. Außerdem können Sie sich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren — in Slowenien beim Informationsbeauftragten (ip-rs.si).
Kinder
Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder und erhebt bewusst keine Daten von ihnen.
Änderungen
Eine künftige Version kann neue Funktionen hinzufügen, etwa Werbung oder eine Anmeldung. Bevor eine solche Version erscheint, wird diese Seite aktualisiert und erhält ein neues Datum.
