Na kratko

Kateri podatki nastanejo

• Lokacija (natančna, tudi v ozadju) — merjenje prevožene poti in zaznavanje postankov. To je osnovna funkcija aplikacije; brez nje kilometrine ni mogoče izmeriti.
• Podatki o poteh — čas začetka in konca, prevoženi kilometri, postanki in njihovo trajanje, namen poti, oznaka službeno/zasebno.
• Vozila — ime, model, registrska oznaka, stanje števca.
• Stroški in stranke, če jih vnesete.
• Fotografije števca in računov, če jih posnamete.

Kje se podatki obdelujejo

Na napravi

• Vsi zgoraj našteti podatki so shranjeni lokalno.
• Branje stanja števca s fotografije poteka izključno na napravi (ML Kit). Fotografija se ne pošlje nikamor.

Zunanje storitve

• Naslovi postankov. Za pretvorbo koordinat v naslov se koordinate postanka pošljejo storitvi za geokodiranje (Apple oziroma Google, odvisno od naprave in nastavitve). Poslane so koordinate, ne vaša identiteta.
• Zemljevid. Prikaz zemljevida naloži podatke pri ponudniku zemljevidov.
• Diktiranje. Namen postanka lahko narekujete. Prepoznavo govora opravi sistemska storitev naprave. Če izbrani jezik na napravi ni nameščen za delovanje brez povezave, posnetek obdela strežnik ponudnika sistemske storitve (na iPhonu Apple). Aplikacija posnetkov ne hrani.
• Sinhronizacija v oblak — izbirna. Vklopi se šele s prijavo z Apple ID. Takrat se poti, vozila, stroški in nastavitve prenesejo v bazo Supabase v Frankfurtu (eu-central-1, Evropska unija). Podatki so vezani na vaš uporabniški račun in dostopni samo vam.
• Prijava z Apple ID. Prejmemo identifikator uporabnika in — če tako izberete — e-naslov. Apple vam omogoča skrivanje e-naslova; v tem primeru prejmemo posredovalni naslov.

Diagnostika

Aplikacija vodi tehnični dnevnik sledenja (kakovost signala, prekinitve, poraba). Dnevnik ostane na napravi in ga ne pošiljamo sami. Če nam ga ob prijavi napake pošljete vi, vsebuje tudi časovne in lokacijske podatke te poti — uporabimo ga izključno za odpravo napake in po tem izbrišemo.

Obveščanje

E-naslova ne uvrstimo na noben seznam obveščanja samodejno. Novice o aplikaciji vam pošljemo samo, če v to izrecno privolite; privolitev lahko kadar koli prekličete, in tudi če jo prekličete, aplikacija deluje enako.

Česa ne počnemo

• Ne prikazujemo oglasov in ne uporabljamo oglaševalskih identifikatorjev.
• Ne vgrajujemo analitičnih ali sledilnih orodij tretjih oseb.
• Podatkov ne prodajamo in jih ne oddajamo tretjim osebam.
• Vaših poti ne spremljamo. Do sinhroniziranih podatkov dostopamo samo za podporo — ko nas za pomoč zaprosite sami.

Kako dolgo se hranijo

Lokalni podatki ostanejo, dokler jih ne izbrišete v aplikaciji ali ne odstranite aplikacije. Sinhronizirane kopije ostanejo, dokler ne zahtevate izbrisa računa.

Vaše pravice

Kot posameznik v EU imate pravico do dostopa, popravka, izbrisa in prenosa svojih podatkov ter do ugovora obdelavi. Podatke lahko kadar koli izvozite iz aplikacije (CSV, PDF). Za izbris sinhroniziranih podatkov ali računa nam pišite na spodnji naslov; zahtevo obravnavamo najkasneje v 30 dneh.

Otroci

Aplikacija ni namenjena otrokom in od njih zavestno ne zbira podatkov.

Spremembe

Ob vsebinski spremembi tega pravilnika bo na tej strani objavljen nov datum. Priporočamo občasen ogled.

In short

What data exists

• Location (precise, including in the background) — to measure the route driven and detect stops. This is the core function of the app; without it mileage cannot be measured.
• Trip data — start and end time, distance, stops and their duration, trip purpose, business/private marking.
• Vehicles — name, model, registration plate, odometer reading.
• Costs and clients, if you enter them.
• Photographs of the odometer and receipts, if you take them.

Where data is processed

On your device

• Everything listed above is stored locally.
• Reading the odometer from a photo happens entirely on the device (ML Kit). The photo is not sent anywhere.

External services

• Stop addresses. To turn coordinates into an address, the coordinates of a stop are sent to a geocoding service (Apple or Google, depending on device and settings). Coordinates are sent, not your identity.
• Maps. Displaying the map loads data from the map provider.
• Dictation. You may dictate the purpose of a stop. Speech recognition is performed by the device's system service. If the chosen language is not installed for offline use, the recording is processed on the system provider's servers (on iPhone, Apple's). The app does not keep recordings.
• Cloud sync — optional. It starts only once you sign in with Apple. Trips, vehicles, costs and settings are then stored in a Supabase database in Frankfurt (eu-central-1, European Union). The data is tied to your account and accessible only to you.
• Sign in with Apple. We receive a user identifier and, if you choose, an email address. Apple lets you hide your address; in that case we receive a relay address.

Diagnostics

The app keeps a technical tracking log (signal quality, interruptions, battery use). The log stays on the device and we do not collect it ourselves. If you send it to us with a bug report, it also contains times and locations from that trip — we use it solely to fix the fault and delete it afterwards.

Messages from us

We do not add your address to any mailing list automatically. We send news about the app only if you explicitly opt in; you may withdraw consent at any time, and the app works exactly the same if you do.

What we do not do

• No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
• No third-party analytics or tracking tools.
• We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties.
• We do not monitor your trips. We access synchronised data for support only — when you ask us for help.

Retention

Local data stays until you delete it in the app or remove the app. Synchronised copies stay until you request account deletion.

Your rights

If you are in the EU you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and to object to processing. You can export your data from the app at any time (CSV, PDF). To delete synchronised data or your account, write to the address below; requests are handled within 30 days.

Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, a new date will appear on this page.

Kurz gefasst

Welche Daten entstehen

• Standort (genau, auch im Hintergrund) — zum Messen der gefahrenen Strecke und zum Erkennen von Stopps. Das ist die Kernfunktion der App; ohne sie lassen sich die Kilometer nicht messen.
• Fahrtdaten — Beginn und Ende, gefahrene Kilometer, Stopps und deren Dauer, Zweck der Fahrt, Kennzeichnung geschäftlich/privat.
• Fahrzeuge — Name, Modell, Kennzeichen, Tachostand.
• Kosten und Kunden, sofern Sie sie eingeben.
• Fotos des Tachos und von Belegen, sofern Sie sie aufnehmen.

Wo die Daten verarbeitet werden

Auf dem Gerät

• Alles oben Genannte ist lokal gespeichert.
• Das Ablesen des Tachostands vom Foto geschieht ausschließlich auf dem Gerät (ML Kit). Das Foto wird nirgendwohin gesendet.

Externe Dienste

• Adressen der Stopps. Um Koordinaten in eine Adresse umzuwandeln, werden die Koordinaten des Stopps an einen Geokodierungsdienst gesendet (Apple oder Google, je nach Gerät und Einstellung). Gesendet werden Koordinaten, nicht Ihre Identität.
• Karte. Die Anzeige der Karte lädt Daten beim Kartenanbieter.
• Diktieren. Den Zweck eines Stopps können Sie diktieren. Die Spracherkennung übernimmt der Systemdienst des Geräts. Ist die gewählte Sprache auf dem Gerät nicht für die Offline-Nutzung installiert, wird die Aufnahme auf den Servern des Systemdienst-Anbieters verarbeitet (auf dem iPhone Apple). Die App bewahrt keine Aufnahmen auf.
• Cloud-Synchronisation — freiwillig. Sie beginnt erst mit der Anmeldung per Apple ID. Dann werden Fahrten, Fahrzeuge, Kosten und Einstellungen in eine Supabase-Datenbank in Frankfurt (eu-central-1, Europäische Union) übertragen. Die Daten sind an Ihr Benutzerkonto gebunden und nur für Sie zugänglich.
• Anmeldung mit Apple ID. Wir erhalten eine Benutzerkennung und — wenn Sie das so wählen — eine E-Mail-Adresse. Apple erlaubt Ihnen, die Adresse zu verbergen; in diesem Fall erhalten wir eine Weiterleitungsadresse.

Diagnose

Die App führt ein technisches Protokoll der Aufzeichnung (Signalqualität, Unterbrechungen, Verbrauch). Das Protokoll bleibt auf dem Gerät und wird von uns nicht abgeholt. Wenn Sie es uns mit einer Fehlermeldung senden, enthält es auch Zeit- und Standortdaten dieser Fahrt — wir verwenden es ausschließlich zur Behebung des Fehlers und löschen es danach.

Nachrichten von uns

Wir nehmen Ihre Adresse in keine Verteilerliste automatisch auf. Neuigkeiten zur App senden wir nur, wenn Sie ausdrücklich zustimmen; die Zustimmung können Sie jederzeit widerrufen, und die App funktioniert danach genauso.

Was wir nicht tun

• Keine Werbung und keine Werbekennungen.
• Keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Werkzeuge Dritter.
• Wir verkaufen Ihre Daten nicht und geben sie nicht an Dritte weiter.
• Wir beobachten Ihre Fahrten nicht. Auf synchronisierte Daten greifen wir nur für die Unterstützung zu — wenn Sie uns selbst um Hilfe bitten.

Speicherdauer

Lokale Daten bleiben, bis Sie sie in der App löschen oder die App entfernen. Synchronisierte Kopien bleiben, bis Sie die Löschung des Kontos verlangen.

Ihre Rechte

Als betroffene Person in der EU haben Sie das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung und Übertragung Ihrer Daten sowie das Recht, der Verarbeitung zu widersprechen. Sie können Ihre Daten jederzeit aus der App exportieren (CSV, PDF). Für die Löschung synchronisierter Daten oder Ihres Kontos schreiben Sie uns an die untenstehende Adresse; Anfragen bearbeiten wir spätestens innerhalb von 30 Tagen.

Kinder

Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder und erhebt bewusst keine Daten von ihnen.

Änderungen

Bei einer inhaltlichen Änderung dieser Erklärung erscheint auf dieser Seite ein neues Datum. Ein gelegentlicher Blick ist empfehlenswert.
